Before your visit
Are Ortho-K, night shaping and CRT related?
These terms describe approaches to overnight corneal reshaping. Ortho-K means orthokeratology; CRT means corneal refractive therapy. Ask your doctor which lens design is appropriate.
Is the effect permanent?
No. The reshaping effect is temporary. Continued prescribed wear is needed to maintain the intended daytime vision result.
Can children use Ortho-K?
Some children are suitable candidates. Your doctor will discuss eligibility, supervision, lens care and the role of Ortho-K in managing myopia.
Are there risks?
Contact lenses require careful hygiene and monitoring. Improper wear or care can cause infection and other eye problems. Your doctor will explain benefits, risks and alternatives.
Is my requested time automatically booked?
No. Our office will contact you to confirm an available appointment time.
