Who is MiSight® 1 day indicated for?
In the U.S., MiSight® 1 day is indicated for children with non-diseased eyes aged 8–12 at treatment initiation, with a spherical-equivalent prescription of −0.75 to −4.00 diopters and no more than 0.75 diopters of astigmatism. Your doctor determines suitability.
Are these overnight lenses?
No. MiSight® 1 day lenses are worn during the day and discarded after removal. They are different from overnight Ortho-K lenses.
Does MiSight® cure nearsightedness?
No. It corrects vision and helps slow progression in eligible children. Results vary.
What should parents know about lens care?
Prescription only. Contact lens problems can cause serious eye injury. Keep lenses away from water and follow all wear and care instructions. Your doctor will review the full safety information.
